Store Policies - Digital Train Works offers the following Return Policy:
All of our products are new and covered by the manufactures warranty except items listed in our Consignment page. To expedite your warranty claim, you can contact the manufacturer directly. However, we will be happy to handle any warranty issues you may have. Please contact us at sales@digitaltrainworks.com with any questions you may have. We will provide instructions on returning your items for repair or replacement. Consignment items are warranted for 7 days. Please contact us immediately for refunds on consignment items. ALL returns must be received with ALL original packaging material, parts, and manuals and must be approved prior to returning the item to us. Please insure your return items as Digital Train Works is NOT responsible for items lost during shipment. It is recommended that you require a signature on delivery for all returned items. - We ship to the US and Canada only.
- We currently use USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority International Mail, and USPS International First Class Mail. We may consider UPS and / or FedEx at a later date. Please check back for shipping policy updates.
- We accept the following forms of payment only:
- Visa Credit Card
- MasterCard Credit Card
- Discover Credit Card
- PayPal
- Certified Checks - Shipments may be held for up to 10 business days.
- Checks / Money Order - Shipments may be held for up to 10 business days.
- Cash - Train show pickup - Checkout our home page for a schedule of train shows we will be at for item pickup.
- ALL residents of Texas will be charged Texas state sales tax - current rate is 8.25%. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address used.
